Our pasta arrives directly from Pastificio Felicetti just a short way from Hotel Maria and produced with high-quality wheat.
In the summer, Ingrid and Sergio organise mountain lunches in the hotel’s beautiful garden, with polenta, sausages, barbecued pork chops and spare ribs. Plus beans, cheese and mushrooms. And to finish the meal with a flourish: home-made strudel and Trentino grappa! A chance to spend a few relaxing hours outdoors, enjoying the invigorating fragrances of the mountains in the summertime.
In winter, you won’t want to miss tea time with home-made sweets after a day on the slopes at Pampeago and Obereggen. Seated together around the table, sharing your day, your most thrilling descents and sledding exploits!
And after dinner, there’s mulled wine (called Glühwein in German) with tabaccata alla Trentina outdoors: what a pleasure to share moments under the stars.

Special dietary needs
Food intolerances, food allergies and children’s menus - children are welcome at Hotel Maria in Predazzo. Mums are welcome in the kitchen to prepare their baby’s meals. Upon arriving, or better still, a few days ahead of time, please let Ingrid know your children’s favourite foods and the foods your baby currently eats.
We always ensure our menu contains dishes for our guests with food intolerances or allergies, as well as vegetarian dishes, all on request.
